At DiagMart, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
